the ending

I didn't quite get the ending and I was very dissapointed as well with this one ... it's started out very promising but the closer it was getting to the end it lost me. Could someone explain the ending to me, please

I think that Gloria was so consumed by guilt that she went a bit crazy and killed the woman and Ana.
It doesn't really make sense though. Here are some of the plot holes I don't get:
Where did the placenta on the stairs comes from?
What's the deal with the kittens?
How, if Gloria was the killer, was she scavenging for food when she should have been inside?
How could she walk in after the woman getting the abortion was already dead and being burned by Ana?
The neighbors? Why were they even in this movie?

The actress who played Ana was superb however.

I agree with both of you. The endingw as prepsoterous. On a second viewing it wont hold up: SPOILERS Ana wasnt even in the hosue when the "patient" got killed and if we are to belive she killed the doctor then what was the deal with the moving canisters in the kitchen? I think the movie wanted to play around with the oooh-haunted-house aspects of a rocking cradle, moving doorknob, knocking, stuff moving around in the kitchen...only to tell us, nope: it was a human woman killing people cuz she had gone a little mad. END OF SPOILERS

By the way, did you guys also watch SPECTRE? I felt the same way about both films: They HAD potential to be good movies but were ruined by BAD endings!

One of the worst endings I've ever seen on any kind of movie of any genre.

Pity, because this film gives a bad name to the the entire series. The other 5 films are pretty good, some of them even remarkable.
I'll pretend that I never watched this piece of junk.

Well... Good for me, I guess... This was the first on I started with.... So I guess all the other "films to keep me awake" are much better?

Trust me,
