New Ring forum for anyone who's interested

I'm not sure if people are still interested in having discussions about this saga, but I certainly am and I greatly miss the old RingWorld Forum that was full of interesting discussions. I couldn't find anything like it so I thought I would try creating a new forum for Ring discussions.
