Rated 'R'?

I thought this movie was great, but why the hell is it rated R? I have seen PG-13 movies better then that!

Violence and action would have gotten it a PG13, but add the torture scene and you get an R by the pathetic MPAA system.

In Sudden Impact? Are you saying that movies rated PG-13 suck? Anyway in Australia it's rated M which is equivalent to PG-13. I didn't mind this movie. Actually I did. But I can't place why...

Uhh, no.
"The Net" was rated PG-13 and used the "F" word a few times.
Some James Bond movies are rated PG-13, hell, some are PG with more violence.

Now, I don't mind this movie as a stand alone, but a sequel to "The Net"?
Hell no.

It's R rated because of some violence.
