u and verbusen are probably "happy guys" and is the reason u didnt like the show. i have a hard time not liking Chris Lloyd in any thing he does, and the rest of the crew were quite competent, including Pam, but hey that's my opinion

What exactly is "happy guys" in quotations supposed to mean here? I'm looking for some sort of insult, innuendo, etc. but I'm not seeing anything. Is there something suddenly wrong with being happy?

Unless of course you're putting a play on "gay," replacing it with happy, just as gay originally meant. And quite frankly, its pretty stupid and ignorant to call somebody gay (if indeed thats what you're doing) just because they aren't attracted to an overly vacuous, plastic-looking, stereotypical blonde character.

Sadly Pam is probably the reason the show even made it to TV and the reason it failed at the same time.

I actually thought the show was well written and all the characters(including Pam) were great. It sort of had a wings/just shoot me kind of feel to it, but I am guessing since most people can't take Pam's acting career seriously they avoided the show, while at the same time Pam being in the show is what sold it to the network.

They might have been better off getting an unknown person to play Pam's part, but if they did they probably wouldn't have even aired one episode.

Yeah, I thought she played her part well. Problem was that since it was a vehicle for Anderson, there came a lot of jokes about it and most of her supposed funny bits on the show were centered on that. It got tiresome pretty quick. If the writers decided to keep focus on the premise rather than rely on the easy jokes, it would have been much better.
