There was an episode where Stuart had a woman with glasses stalk him. I'm not even sure which season it was in. Anyone remember?

I believe you are referring to Season 2, Episode 1.
"Nobody Says I Love You".

The woman with glasses is Jayma Mays as "Brenda".

Thank you. I actually figured it out a few days after when I just decided to look up Jayma Mays for something unrelated.
