English:
Born 1993. One day in April 2004 Antoinette Turk went to the theatre-lesson school. She had no idea what would happen about two months. She should get a part in a Swedish movie. "It came a boy to my class and sad that somebody's going to be cast. I never thought I would get the part. I got so surprised. And happy of course." Although, Antoinette didn't know so much about Sweden. "I'm not so good in geography, I thought Sweden was a country with only mountains. No life, no houses, not so many people. But know I even can say two words in Swedish... 'bra (good)' and 'grymt (cool)'."

Sorry for my bad English, but I'm only 14-years-old. :)

Sadly, I don't think Zozo stands a chance on wining this year.

Hmm, by feb 23rd you should've known that it didnt even get nominated...

I still say its the best film of 2005, period...

reply

I hope it gets nominated at the very least. If it doesn't make it in then it will only further confirm reports that the "academy" has no clue what they're doing. I saw this movie last Friday at the Arab Film Festival in San Francisco, I saw Josef Fares in person! So cool!

reply

Hmm it's a pity only the USA treat him as an Arab and Sweden doesn't. Oh well, who am I to judge our globally *beep* world.

reply

Because he is not an Arab, he is an Assyrian.
