In the song 'Nach Baliye', who was the guy showed briefly who was saying "round round" and twirling his fingers? He wasn't in any other part of the movie.

Its Shamuk Davar (spelling?), the man who coordinated the dance sequence in the song. He actually says 'Raam, Raam'
