when does scott die?

Hard to say, really...that type of thing really goes on a case by case basis. What I can tell you is that a serial killer who murdered 5 people in my town in 1990 JUST got executed in October or November of 2006. That's 16 & a half years after he committed his crimes! And this is a guy who not only confessed, but bragged about what he'd done.

My point is, if it took them that long to execute someone who was sentenced to death in 1990, then I imagine that Scott won't be going anywhere anytime soon. All we can do is hope that his prison life is extremely unpleasant.

Seeing how he is in California,,my guess is.. a long time. He is more likely to die of natural causes or by another inmate than he is to be executed by the state. California is notorious for the long time on death row. They have over 600 people on the Death Row but they have very few executions.
