Did he really kill Lacey??

There was never any physical evidence, all circumstantial.

reply

But far too many circumstances, plus all the BS lies he told. Besides, what's the chance that he happens to be fishing in the same area her body was later found?

It's Cosmo...He's Chinese.

reply

but why would he say he went fishing in the area he dumped the body, he lied about everything, why wouldnt he lie about the location of where he went fishing?? he could have said he went to a small lake 30 mile from home or whatever. could it possibly be that whoever kidnapped lacey heard about his aliby on tv and dumped the bodies in the bay??

reply

That is a good point, one that has been debated over and over again. My personal opinion is that he (a) felt that he had been seen at the marina, (b) realized that he probably would have been found out as having gone fishing at the marina also because he had the temporary license for that time period (remember, initially he had told people that he was golfing?), (c) didn't really think that she would ever be found. When you think about this whole Scott/Amber thing further, I'm figuring that he had no idea how much attention this case would get right from the start. Why else would he have tried to pull off the "I'm in Paris" charade? Yeah, he did try to avoid being on-camera - especially at the beginning - his claim was that he wanted everyone to focus on Laci rather than on focusing on him. More likely, again in my opinion, is that he wanted to try to avoid being seen on TV by Amber and her friends who knew him.

It's not impossible that someone could have heard the alibi and dumped her body, but I believe that it's highly improbable... especially when one looks at all of the evidence. In my opinion, it all points to Scott. "I lost my wife; this will be my first Christmas without her." The boat, that nobody knew about... the "Paris" trip call made to his mistress *during his missing pregnant wife's candlelight vigil!!*, the hair in the pliers, the indentation on the bed, using Conner's room for storage even though he told everyone (via an interview) that he hadn't even opened the door because it's just "too painful", throwing his wedding album in the trash (I believe I read that, but that was some time ago)... I don't like to think that anyone, let along a husband, could do this to another person, but despite the lack of eyewitnesses and/or physical evidence, the circumstantial evidence is just too plentiful and too damaging to Scott.

It's all so sad. Two families destroyed - actually, THREE families destroyed.

Here"s circumstantial evidence:

Laci's uterus 12-23: 32-33cm = 32-33wks (fundal height) at OB's

Laci's uterus 4-16: 23cm = 23 wks (fundal height) at autopsy
(at death = )

Connor Crown-Rump Length (CRL) = 32-33 cm CRL at autopsy
(Crown-Heel-Length = 48cm not used)

If Laci died one day after her OB visit, how did the uterus get so small? It didn't. The size of the uterus was determined at the doctor's visit by the fetus' CRL, which determines the long axis of the uterus. If she were dead for four months, why or how did it change?

How does a 32 cm fetus fit into a 23 cm uterus?
(pick any size, 32-38, I don't care, they all work)

It doesn't.

How does a dead uterus contract? How does a dead uterus shrink?

It can't contract. It's dead. A live uterus can contract. Laci's uterus weighed about 260 g. Overall, it may have been two weeks postpartum, max. It won't shrink in salt water. If it did, we'd all be sitting in salt water or rubbing it on our abs.

Laci probably lived two weeks after Conner was taken.

During this time, LE and the Media were monitoring Scott Peterson. Scott is innocent.

Are you braindead, or do you just act that way?

reply

Thanks, you reacted. Now read my post as many times as you need to understand the following:

How does a 32 cm fetus fit in a 23 cm uterus? It doesn't.

How does a 32 cm uterus get to be a 23 cm uterus? It contracts. It has to be alive to contract. It can collapse when it's dead, but it doesn't shrink.

Laci had to be alive for about two weeks after Connor was taken for her uterus to have contracted to the height and weight it was at autopsy.

Therefore, Scott, monitored from the 24th on, is innocent.

If that's brain dead, what's your excuse?

O.

p.s. that also explains the caffeine, the cord/placenta.

reply

So I guess now you're alleging a conspiracy to conceal the facts from the public? The fact is he was found guilty in a court by his peers, so this information obviously didn't have much weight to it.

Can you cite your information?

It's Cosmo...He's Chinese.

reply

If this is a conspiracy it's a Confederacy of Dunces. The data is from the Prelliminary Hearing and the Trial transcripts. The interpretation is mine, from many years of medical practice. You can find the numbers by googling any number of obstetrical references.

Dr. Peterson, the Medical Examiner, testified to these numbers at the PH and the Trial. I don't know if anyone realized the significance. I overlooked it for months. Everyone was so concentrated on Conner's age, they forgot to look at Laci.

What got my attention, though, was the differential decomposition of Laci's body and then of Connor's. Noone matched, at least for four months' underwater. So I went back and started over at the beginning.

Since Scott was under surveillance by at max. 24 hours after Laci disappeared, there's no way the uterus could have undergone these changes if he were involved. Therefore, Scott is innocent.

These changes also explain the caffeine, the cord/placenta.

The jury didn't care what the facts were. The jury hated him for lying about adultry; they were stunned by the effect of the autopsy photos (inflammatory but not probative), and they totally disregarded the basic California jury instructions.

Have you actually read the transcripts?

Tell me one thing you can tell from the photos that is not in the autopsy report.

reply

Scott Peterson had an excellent defense team and I find it hard to believe they would have overlooked all these medical facts you have stated.

reply

The facts are there in the transcripts. I didn't notice them either for months, and they were there at the Preliminary Hearing. Everyone was so concentrated on Connor's age, and did not consider Laci living. Even the phone call about Laci at Tracy and the called-off helicopters were cast aside. That should be a big red flag. TOO DANGEROUS FOR THE POLICE?? That's absolutely ridiculous, and every reporter let it slide.

Once I discovered these details, I worked with them to discover their meaning. I wrote about them on Court TV and other websites, taking unbelievable heat for them. It helped me hone my theories. Then I sent them to MG. Twice. No answer. Finally, after the trial, someone put me in touch with MG's investigator. I talked with him, and explained my theory. He said the same thing.

I don't care. This is what is there. It speaks for itself. Even a blind chicken gets the corn.

reply

I never did read the transcripts or follow the trial. Like everyone else, I just assumed Scott was guilty because of his actions. If all of what you say is true, then Scott may very well be innocent. Just because is is the biggest *beep* on the planet doesn't make him a killer.

remember...he wouldn't take the lie detector test. Does a distraught husband play golf all day. All the evidence was circumstancial...but it's a good thing he was found guilty. People would have assassinated him. He gave Amber Lacey's jewelry, he went fishing on Christmas eve and left his pregnant wife home alone? This guy was a real a-hole. There's no way he didn't do it. Too bad people don't feel the same about OJ. Us white people know how to hate on our own kind.

If Scott didn't want Laci anymore...that's fine. All he had to do was divorce her. But instead he murdered her, expecting they'd soon forget about her and stop searching. Well, he thought wrong. And now, his life is over forever.

reply

if he didn't do it...why did he tell Amber his wife was dead when she found out he was married? why not say they got divorced?

reply

Exactly, Mydoona. He said he had "lost" his wife. He had not lost her, but clearly he was planning to. This weeks before Laci was even reported missing. In his mind, he had already killed her, the POS.

reply

Whether he killed her or not his sociopathy made him appear guilty ~ he has no one to blame but himself
