I strongly think these parts should have been given to actresses like Bijou Phillips or Kari Wuhrer.

Definetly if you are referring to the parole officer part...

they're waaaayyyy hotter/better actresses than Dina Meyers...

But they're also too old to play the girls if those were the parts you were referring to.

Yeah Kari Wuhrer is getting a bit old, but bijou still has that young teenage look about her that could have definitely worked for this movie.

have you seen the movie "Bully"?
