Not just because I am in it. But this movie is a must see!

This is a definite must see movie. I know because I was an Extra in it. Sally Field and Tom Cavanagh have done a wonderful job of telling a story that might be sad but has very funny moments.

It is the kind of movie that teaches us how to deal with the pain of dealing with someone who is sick in our real day to day life.

The Cast is Fantastic, I also say that the Crew was wonderful to work with and great people.

I personally would see this movie and take my family as well. I am not just saying this because I am in it but because Sally is one of the greatest actresses in the world and a super great person. I like her I really Like her!

Its a wonderful movie and I say run to the box office as soon as its released and be the first in line!

She is awesome, isn't she? My scene wasn't with her but I thoroughly enjoyed doing the scene with Ben Chaplin and Tom Cavanaugh. They are both so charming, devastatingly handsome and funny. It was a great experience.

Hey Gary, There's a whole slew of messages on Two Weeks that I'm just today seeing. Yes, it was a very enjoyable shoot for me. Were you part of the cast? Crew? If we met, I'm having trouble remembering but I've slept since then! In any case, yes, I agree. Awesome experience.

Hi! I did not work with Clea Duvall but can say that Ben Chaplin and Tom Cavanaugh are fun. Also enjoyed working with Steve Stockman, the director and writer of the film.

Awesome!

Well, years later, I see this message. HA! So sorry I did not respond before. I know the movie is available now on dvd and maybe some of the online places like netflix or hulu. As far as I know it never got a big theatrical release, which is a shame but that's how the business goes.

What happened to it? Has it ever been released anywhere? Part of it was filmed in my little hometown in Tennessee, and we spent the day watching the filming, chatting up the cast and crew. I've been dying to see it ever since, but I can't find any information about a release date.

Does anyone have any information?

Go to the following website for the "inside dope" on it: http://www.health.yahoo.com/two-weeks
The trailer says "Coming this fall".

The trailer?!

Where was a trailer?!

I don't think it ever got released in theatres but it's available by dvd. I played the check out clerk who has the run-in with Ben's character at the Sir Buy A Lot store, or something like that. Ha. Very funny scene. Ben and Tom where both absolutely delightful to work with but I had one heck of a time scanning the groceries in such a way that the cash register beep happened. That's harder than it looks! Anyway, great time and I thought the film turned out to be touching, quite funny and well done.

oops, I stand corrected. I saw some posts further down where Two Weeks opened in Los Angeles and also, someone saw it in the theatre in Nashville. Glad it got some exposure!

reply

Can't wait to see it...not only because one of my favorite actresses plays my namesake, but your enthusiasm entices me. My name is Anita Bergman!

The movie is premiering in LA on December 1st and will open nationwide in March!!
YAY 2 Weeks!!

reply

Ha, I totally missed the nationwide release. Was that in theatres? Geeze. I would have loved to have seen it on the big screen.

Hi Anita, Did you ever see Two Weeks? Would love to know what you thought.

When you say your favorite actor plays your namesake ... Do you mean Sally Fields? Wasn't sure what that meant?

Nice to meet you and sorry it took sooooo long to respond. I actually never saw these comments til today.

Well, did you go see it this weekend in Nashville? We did, and it was fantastic! People exiting the theater after the movie were talking about how great it is. What did you think?
