So they also share injuries too, who does that make sense.

Where did they share injuries? I saw it yesterday, and the only injury I saw them share was that as Hancock was nearing death in the hospital, her heart got closer to flat-lining. That goes along with the idea that they're paired and "destined" for each other, even though they don't like each other.

:SPOILER She actually reacted to every blow he took. The stab, the smacks with the gas cylinder, the choke, the gun shots. And he reacted when they tried to shock her back to life.
