....I heard stuff like .....This was the best DC movie since Wonder Woman....yada yada yada....sorry it really is not. Pretty bad. I'm really done with this shit. Feel sorry for the generation raised on these movies. It's pretty much all they want to see ...lol...and this is coming from a former huge comic fan....

shareI'm 1/4 through and it is awful. I never read the comic, not a DC guy, but I remember the TV show and it was way better than this. Edit, 49 minutes in and this sucks. It's vapid, unfunny, and stupid, I'm out.
shareI disagree, it's a fun film and I liked it a lot! They got a lot of humor out of the idea of giving an obnoxious kid superpowers, the performances were good, there were plenty of action and laugh lines. It was fluffy, but well-done fluff.
Not as good as "Wonder Woman" though. I liked "Shazaam", I LOVED "Wonder Woman".
It's good but not great. Wonder Woman and Aquaman were better. It's a lot of fun and the cast is solid. Could had been about ten or fifteen minutes shorter.
