Are there mountains near Madison, Wisconsin? The second act of the movie took place ~15 miles from there, according to the cab driver, but I don't recall any mountains in that area.

And, is it just me, or did Toni Collette, in her next-to-last scene, look like Michael Caine in drag from Dressed to Kill?

Based on the credits, it looks like they filmed the movie in the state of New York.
