the way the girl hockey players are protrayed is absolutly HORRIBLE!!!!!

any girl hockey players out there?

cuz if there are i just want to see if im the only one who thiks that it is extremly steriotypical that almost all of the girls on the hockey team are really macho

i mean most of the girls i play hockey with are really girly and absolutly nothing like the girls in the movie

i just hate how the producers of the movie made all of the girls fit the steriotype of all girl hockey players being macho just because hockey is a predominatly male sport

its really disapointing that diney chaneel would ruin an other wise ok movie with this

I don't play ice hockey (I did play field hockey) but I am friends with a lot of college ice hockey players (Division 1), and they are definitely not like the girls in the movie. The part where the two teams (I think in the championship game) were growling at eachother was just awful.

I agree, for a time, me and my friends were involved in ice hockey and even though I'm not the biggest girly-girl in the world, my friends are total pink loving preps! We don't hate everyone who competes and we certainly DIDN'T growl! Totally ridiculous.
