in the movie people made fun of the skating dresses. I don't understand why though. they are all so nice. I have costumes like that simular to her's and no one's made fun of them...i've gotten compliments actually. Any idea why they did make fun of her costumes?

shareIt's been a while since I watched the movie, so I can hardly remember her dresses. I am a figure skater and my dresses are nothing like hers, but I think the dress she wears at Nationals is absolutely gorgeous.
shareI dont know why, but i am having one made similar to a pink one she wore in the movie. It was what she wore at sectionals i think, you only see it slightly but i think all her dresses in the film were gorgeous.

They made fun of them because they didn't like her. It doesn't matter what they looked like, if you don't like someone you try and find flaws in everything, even if doesn't make any sense.
