Plot synopsis

I really don't want to watch this so can some1 please tell me the ending of this movie?
I've seen most of it but I got traumatized! Now it haunts me everyday.
I keep wondering about what happens at the end, the plot twist everyone talks about.

If anyone can tell me what that is it will get out of my head.
