Any one who posts sh*t on a SP board, has obviously liked or took interest in them if you think they suck. Do u ever notice how all the Simple Plan lovers are GIRLS!!!, because they are not a punk band, they are a boy band. No guy out there and no guys i know like them because, their songs r whinny whinny whinny, "Oh,no girl likes me, I'm such a loser, I can't do *beep* with my life!!" I don't listen to them because a)I'm a guy, & b) Nirvana and Led Zeppelin would kick their asses on any given day. For God's sakes, u girls should like a much better band worth giving a damn to!!!

They are a pop band whom the stupid fans says is punk. they are the most pathetic "band" i have ever seen. And they are a boy band because they stir the attention for craploads of girls but at the same irritate the hell out of us guys and drive the guys away. Their songs are crappiest things i've ever heard cause they are so frigging whiny and are similar to that of a pop artist not punk ,like some of those jack A$$ simple plan lovers think.

Take my advice and go to listen to better bands like Led Zeppelin, or Aerosmith, or Metallica or better yet Billy Talent (cause those guys play actual punk and they don't always bitch in their songs). The sooner this fu cking band breaks up and never plays again, the better!!!

dude...aerosmith and nirvana are some of the best bands on this planet...just b/c i like simple plan doesn't mean that's ALL i listen to...come on, this year we had to do a report on a music composer who had already died and while everyone was doing composers like beethoven, i did mine on kurt cobain and got in trouble for it...it's not like i don't have a music life outside of simple plan...and yea i am a girl but i know several guys who like simple plan but that doesn't make them fag gots...oh and by saying they're a pop boy band...is that supposed to hurt our feelings or something??

I can somewhat see your point. But there are girls who only listen to Simple Plan and think they're so cool and they become punk because of it. But they are not punk. (Big example) My fu cking high school had a lot of those, and I would just shout "fags!" to them out loud in the hallway.(They are what I call heavy users) They would wear their SP shirts and sing their songs out and say "rock on" to any one passing. That pissed me off, because they are not even a good band to "rock on" to.THEY ARE NOT PUNK AND NOT ASSOCIATED TO ANY THING ROCK. Whining like a little pu ssy doesn't make them punk or rock, Hell it doesn't even make them cool! Everyone the girls told to "rock on" told them to shut the fu ck up because they are the stupidest band ever. It was pretty funny watching them cry.

And when I call them a pop boy band, I was merely stating a very true fact (because everyone I knew at my high school called them that), so if that hurts, too bad for you. I can't believe these tween girls actually stand up for this group! Make better use of your time and FACE FACTS! THIS BAND IS THE WUSSIEST FA GGIEST PIECE OF SH IT TO EVER EXIST! AND I URGE EVERYONE TO KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Oh and by the way, sorry to hear that you got in trouble for that Kurt Cobain thing with ur teacher. If I were you, I'd kick ur teacher's ass! Kurt Cobain was a good man!!

yea there are a few girls at my school who are like them...and one of my friends is like that...i mean i like simple plan but not JUST simple plan...there are a few of their songs that i like...but i also like i said before like nirvana and aerosmith...and i for one don't think i am "punk"...i'm proud of ya for making those girls cry over cuz it pisses me off too and i like simple plan...but i just don't obsess over it...there is this one boy on my bus that just sits there and sings simple plan songs the whole time...and he sits in the front seat so if i'm the unlucky last person to get on the bus i have to sit there and listen to him talk about them for the 45 minute ride home...and yea i like the band but i can only take so much of them...which is true with a lot of bands. but yea i can see where ur coming from about girls who think that's punk. i myself don't consider them punk or punk rock...but i still like them. but yea kurt cobain was a good man...i learned a lot about him from doing that report...thanx for seeing it my way that i shouldn't have gotten in trouble for it...lol
