It wasn't any good, but it wasn't awful

The script looks to be quite weak and it seems the creator just tried to do an Aussie knock off to Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
The way the film was directed was kinda poor, the music was bad and the acting most of time wasn't any good. With a budget of around $500,000 you should be able to do much more.
The good things that you can take from this film is the acting of Sam Worthington, Steve Bastoni and the highly underrated Johnny Boxer - these three actors pretty much saved the day and made it a bit fun to watch.

Overall I'd give it a 2 or maybe even 2.5 out of 5.
