TMZ is reporting Sig passed out on deck and was airlifted to a hospital.

He had a heart attack. Claims smoking was 20% of the cause but mostly it was stress. Says he's trying to quit smoking. I hope he does because sadly if he doesn't the story you will eventually see will be about his death. Once you have a heart attack your heart and if you survive your heart is damaged for life. Continuing the same habits will just lead to another heart attack which you're less likely to survive.
