Andy Hilstrand - Not on the Bait

He is never on the boat anymore and when they do show him on camera briefly he doesn't say much. The lady who runs the TB Facebook page says he runs a co op of boats so he is basically an administrator now.

He's working the administration part of the operation now. He owns a horse ranch and trains... and that is his first love. I believe he's working the horses with one of his daughters. No need for him to be on The Bait anymore because he's not captaining. It sure looks like John misses him tho.
