The only thing I would have changed... (spoiler)

Would be to have the child at the end have a narrow, serious face (more so than he already did) and a very slender build - to make it clear to anyone observant enough who his father was. Nothing needed to be said outright - just a facial resemblance to Edward Norton (there was a slight one, but I would have made it a bit more pronounced).
