Why Is Sara A Different Actress In The 2nd Movie?

I was just wondering why Sara was a different actress in the 2nd movie? If anyone could answer that question, That would be great. Thanks in advance

I'm thinking maybe the original Sara was unavailable or they wanted to age the character. This Sara looks older while the other one looks younger.

I liked the first Sarah better.
