why aren't the votes being counted for this?

according to the usercomments, 10 people have officially voted for it. is that a glitch or something?

This was a decent flick. I don't usually like horror that deals with religion, so I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this moody piece.

Perhaps the votes aren't being counted because there's not enough consistency in the ratings -- some people felt this was a "decent flick," while others thought it was awful. (I'm in the second camp)
If so, the average vote, even if weighted, may not be statistically significant or not representative of a mode, and is therefore meaningless...

Or maybe it's just a bug or something.
