On the back of my dvd it says the film is supposed to be 80 mins long. The film was only 40 mins long. I know that a lot of japanese films get edited loads when they are brought out in the UK and loads of scenes are removed etc, I'm wondering whether they did the same with this film, as it just seemed ridiculously short and didn't make a lot of sense!

It definitely does seem that someone cut out at random at least half of this film, because none of it makes any sense or whatsoever. The characters pop out of nowhere and disappear into think air God only knows where, we dont know their motivation, I dont know if they did any editing to it, or the director got a script and half of it got eaten by his dog and he decided to film what was left.
