Does it annoy anyone else how they pronounce Tsuna?

What is up with the T-Suna?

Also, wouldn't it be better to keep a few honorifics? It's rather awkward to hear "Mr." in a Feudal Japan drama. Most Americans are already familiar with the honorific, San. I also don't get why Hime is left untranslated, this is a rather strange localization effort.
