A Great Love story . Some thoughts.

At the end, Hannah(in Sam's body) decided to pretend to be "Sam". That would certainly free Marris to seek his own happiness. And for Hanna of course, she had to stick to what she got and live a 16 years old girl's life! Obviously, Marris would not be able to form any meaningful or constructive relationship with Hanna(in Sam's body). As he mentioned"My wife body was 6 feet under..and he would not have sex with anyone else". But it was unclear whether Marris knew in exact that girl was Hanna/Sam. May be Marris accepted the fact that it was not possible to accept Hanna(in Sam's body) and therefore agreed to let go...or may be Hanna(in Sam) trully desired to live or to have a chance to live a new life...(?).Or may be Marris knew that she was Hanna and he loved her so much that he decided to let go??? So Hanna could pursue her uncompleted dream???(college etc).

Finally, of course, in all possibility, Sam was actually Sam...there was no "Hanna"... it was unfortunate that the director did not give us anything about that and the ending was quite open and allowed us to have our own interpretation!
