Sam's Friends

I have about 20 minutes left in this movie and am really liking it so far.

But I can't freaking stand Sam's girlfriends. They are such idiots... the way they act is just so stupid. I think it must be the actresses playing the part poorly, I'm not sure, but they drive me crazy.

Anyone else feel this way?

Yours in Christ,

I don't think the problem is the actors, but the characters. The characters were written to be stereotypical self-centered teenagers. To paraphrase Jessica Rabbit, "...it's the way they're written!"

mmorlino, I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!! My wife and I watched this last night and Sam's girlfriends were driving us nuts. We kept saying...no body really acts like that and if they did we couldn't see how anyone could stand hanging out with them for very long!

Glad someone else felt the same way!

Hannah kept saying she was doig the thigs she did because Sam would do it that way. Includig keeping her creepy friends -- but Hannah is supposed to be a mature woman and she was actig like an idiot-child like the rest. So ... get NEW friends -- or work like heck to get into college and then get college friends! From the sound of it she was supposed to be pretty close to graduatig, right?

Oh these movies can make you crazy.

Laurence Leboeuf who played Amelia (the red head) is a pretty good Actress, definitely no A lister but she's not awful. However I agree that this wasn't her best film. I would recommend you check her out In Human trafficking or 15/love.
