The one for it on Netflix is the one with David D and Olivia's faces lokking straight ahead and not the one that looks like a horror movie poster.

I think both are terrible movie posters. They no way portray the mother or give any kind of hint about the movie. If not for both actors being ones I'm interested by I would have ignored this movie on my netflix but I watched it yesterday and I really liked it. I'm wondering why I never saw it or heard about it since it's been out for 6 years, it was actually a very loving film with very little of the ick factor of father/daughter possible incest.
They don't need these misleading posters and dvd covers, why didn't they just take a still from the movie? I think that would have made a better poster than either of the two I've seen.

I think they did, he was holding her daughter down in the hospital when she went crazy (understandably so) realising she was not his daughter but her wife trapped in her daughters body
But yeah it looks like he was about to strangle her when pressed as a poster

I thought it was a horror movie when I saw the poster IMDB has as the main poster, which it so is not
