Anyone know where I can download English subtitles?

It only has English subtitles when the dialogue is in French. Otherwise there are no subtitles.

For the hearing impaired, this was disappointing, because the English dialogue was mumbled.

Italian and Arabic (I think) is also spoken with English sub-titles in the version I saw on TV.
