My rating is the first 3 for this film, according to the IMDB statistics.

The film is bad. However, it has its mildly entertaining moments.

The minimum IMDB rating is 1. I think Marta (Verónica Sánchez)'s dialogue saying she needs someone who is madly in love with her deserves one point; and their performance of "Por qué te vas", IMO the best moment in the film, deserves another. The rest is uncapability to write a proper script, incredibly shallow characters, boredom from the half of the film onwards. Watch it (if at all) with your friends and a good popcorn.

I don't think it is that bad, I watched it last night and I really enjoyed it. Everyone in the room was laughing. I reckon it is a kind of humor you must like in order to enjoy this kind of movie. I recommend it to anyone who likes Spanish comedies, specially movies like Torrente (maybe not the third one), Días de Fútbol and so on. And you don't need to watch the first part in order to understand it, in fact I haven't watched the first part myself.
