Who played the Interragator?

I rented the mark wahlber movie the shooter the other night, and in watching the xtras, at the firing range,,i could have sworn the poster of the guy who played the interrogator was used as a target. I had assumed watching the series over there that he was an actor..but maybe he was ex-military or ex KBR . Does anyone know?

Michael Cudlitz is the actor who played Colonel Ryan in Episode 3, "The Prisoner". I haven't seen "Shooter" though, so I can't comment on the poster.

Yea he was also in Band of Brothers I didn't see him in shooter though

i didnt see him in the movie either, it was in the dvd extras when they at the sniper school, there is a poster of a guy that loos like him on a target.
