Famous documentary about the Spanish Civil War?

In Episode 8 PVT Dim talks about a Spanish Civil War documentary.

- There's this famous documentary about the Spanish Civil War where this guy is dying. And they don't help him, they just watch him die.
- Who does?
- Documentary filmmakers. /.../ Whenever people talk about whether or not to help in these kind of situations, that movie comes up.

Does anyone know what Spanish Civil War documentary this is? The topic of interference vs non-interference seems interesting.
