Blu-Ray Director's Cut (Region B?), where is it?

I've been searching for ages for a Region B (Europe) version of the Bluray, with no success. Either the Director's Cut is the default versions of the blurays out there or it doesn't exist. Can anyone shed light on this? I can find a Director's Cut for Region A with no issues, but I won't be able to play that.
