cut material?

on wiki it says that there where stuff that was cut from this game like the line "blood is the best lubricant" yet when i play through the first level in eastern i hear luther stickwell say this line clearly. does anyone know why it says some stuff was cut when it isnt, and if there are any other things that where cut or not?
