I need a real answer...

I've been hearing rumors from all sides about the release of this game on PS2 in America. Is it really going to happen? If it is, does anyone know if it's going to be in English or at least with English subtitles? So many people are adamant that it is, other are saying it isn't; I'm just confused. Does anyone know for sure? Is there a website with updates I could visit?
