The Editing In This Film Is Terrible.

I have watched this film a couple of times before and always thought that it was quite a good film.
It has a good visual look about the shots and I can see how that would be important to the director,
as he came from a background in cinematography.

But the editing in this film is just horrible.
There is little to no fluidity in it and shots are generally used far too shortly.
I get the feeling that they had shot all this film and just wanted to not let any of it go to waste,
so they just started editing in extra shots that just weren't needed.
