Better than I expected, but a bit all over the place!

It's refreshing to see a film that deals with such an unusual subject matter.

I thought it tied up different issues in a nice way, and I am grateful that the director did not draw on continuous gross scenes to keep the film moving. There are quite a few unpleasant parts, but so what it's a serial killer story after all.

However the film didn't look very cohesive to me. Michael's monologues threw interesting ideas around (even if he was just putting some bullsh*t forward to destabilize Phil), but fell apart after a while; he was just talking b*ll*cks to no end!

The end dragged on and on, and I didn't care for the Tales of the Crypt finale. Nevertheless I found 'Feed' allright, and once again I am glad that they didn't make it a disgust-feast
