Disappointing creatures
If you're going to have a movie about a mostly unknown species of subterranean predator, shouldn't you make the predators...oh, I don't know....SCARY?
The burrowers looked like toothless old men (or giant babies) on all fours with claws. Yeah, their method of trapping and preserving prey was scary in and of itself but I was sorely disappointed when they showed up onscreen.
Graboids remain the baddest digging monsters in cinema, it seems.
