"Hide Your Love Away" - Prudence (In Between "I Want You (She's So Heavy)", and "Dear Prudence" Sung by a crying Prudence as she looks over the railing contmeplating plumetting off of it, but instead walks into the closet closing the dorr in tears.
"Yesterday" - Jude (In Between "While My Guitar Gentley Weeps", and "Across The Universe"/"Helter Skelter"/"I Love Her") Sung by Jude after he slumps to the floor after finding Lucy gone.

Those sound good. Here are some other songs that I felt fit into the movie:

Sexy Sadie- Jojo or Sadie should have sang it when Sadie could not play well without Jojo.

Get Back - should have been sung by Jojo and Sadie at the rooftop concert

A Hard Day's Night - Jude should sing this when he gets off work from the dock and is talking to Molly

We Can Work It - Should have been sung by Jude while he and Lucy were at the Laundry Mat

She's Leaving Home - Lucy and her parents could have sang this when she left to live in New York

Yer Blues - Should have been sung when Jojo was singing solo at the club

I Will - Jojo and Sadie should have sung this after they get back together

Hello, Goodbye - Max should have sang this when he was arguing with his parents at thanksgiving.

Free As A Bird - The entire cast should sing this in the various locations they are when they are all broken up

Two Of Us - Max and Jude should have sung this while they were driving in the cab

I'm So Tired - Jude should sing this when he he is frustrated with his artwork

Real Love - Should have been sung by Jude and/or Lucy during the end credits

End - Should have been sung by entire cast during the end credits

Some of these would be good, others not so much, let me break it down.
It would'vr been too damn long, giving LOTR a run for it's money. (All Of The Above)

Sexy Sadie- Jojo or Sadie should have sang it when Sadie could not play well without Jojo.
This I could see.

Get Back - should have been sung by Jojo and Sadie at the rooftop concert
It's been done beofre. (See "Let It Be")

A Hard Day's Night - Jude should sing this when he gets off work from the dock and is talking to Molly
I think this scene would've been too cheesy.

We Can Work It - Should have been sung by Jude while he and Lucy were at the Laundry Mat
This would've worked as well as "Yesterday" after "While My Guitar Gentley Weeps"

She's Leaving Home - Lucy and her parents could have sang this when she left to live in New York
It's been done before also. (See 'Sgt.Pepper's Lonley Hearts Club Band")

Yer Blues - Should have been sung when Jojo was singing solo at the club
I can understand it however I'm not sure anyone could make the connection.(As it's a song that hardley anyone has heard, or heard of.)

I Will - Jojo and Sadie should have sung this after they get back together
See above.
Hello, Goodbye - Max should have sang this when he was arguing with his parents at thanksgiving.
This would've been a very humoruos scene.
Free As A Bird - The entire cast should sing this in the various locations they are when they are all broken up
This scene on the surface this sonds like a great idea, below the surface it seem vaguely familiar. ("Living In America" "Rent")

Two Of Us - Max and Jude should have sung this while they were driving in the cab
No! Too Familiar! ("Road Movies" Bob Hope, Bing Crosby)

I'm So Tired - Jude should sing this when he he is frustrated with his artwork
Great Idea, but wasn't he already singing "Strawberry Fields Forever"?
Real Love - Should have been sung by Jude and/or Lucy during the end credits
It would make the ending even happier.
End - Should have been sung by entire cast during the end credits
This has been done before. ("Sasons Of Love" "Rent")

Very good job of breaking down the suggestions, I totally agree with you. Mainly though with Yesterday and Hello, Goodbye. I'd have loved Max and family doing Hello, Goodbye. And Yesterday fits perfectly, though the "leads" have too many songs as it is. Maybe they could replace Blackbird with Yesterday, wasn't a fan of that. And, well, I understand the shoehorning in Dear Prudence, but I really don't think the number is necessary, and it's soooo in your face instead of playing it subtle. I would definitely like another Sadie/Jo-Jo pairing...the one at the end didn't do it much for me, but I LOVE their Oh Darling. Maybe the best number in the flick.

Water? Don't touch the stuff...fish *beep* in it.

The "Money" song

maybe Hello, Goodbye--when Max is fighting with his family.
And I was thinking In My life. Like, Max is singing to Lucy before he goes to the war?
