COMPLETELY CONFUSED!!!

Ok...what the...I saw Ju-On (I'm guessing Ju-On: The Grudge) and this movie just seems so similar it's not even funny. Is this supposed to be a part of that series? Or is this some stand-alone movie that basically stole the idea? Somebody please let me know so I can stop pulling out my hair. E-mail me at [email protected] if you can.

Oh God, I agree. Personally, I think it's confusing because Koji Shiraishi needed to a way to try and hide the fact that it really sucks. It's kinda like "Boxing Helena" that way...

Really???????
I absolutely loved it!!!
I think it was great, 'cause you had to see that the "curse" (to call it somehow) is that, at first, in the epilogue, the mom of the missing girl was seeing the shadow, and she killed her husband because she thought it was him or semthing like that, but she didn't kill her daughter (i don't know where she was the hole time until she's at the movie theater), then, at the movie theater, one of the girls went back inside to get something she forgot, THEN she saw the girl (who was still alive), but the mom came and kill the girl (her daughter), then the girl kill the next, then that one, kill someone else... etc, so, the last killed person, killed someone else, until the end, where all of the killed the main character... i know it sounds confusing, but it's just that i can't rememeber the names, i saw it like 2 months ago... anyway, the point is I loved it, and as soon as i see it on sale on DVD, i'll buy it...

just wanted toi make my point, sorry if i wrote too much...

Verrrry similar to THE GRUDGE I thought.
And not very scary. (Okay: Pale ghostly figures with wide eyes and long black hair making cackling noises? NOT SCARY, DUDE!!!!)

I have never seen an Asian Horror flcik that has scared me. Maybe they are too "subtle" for me.

How can you say the shining and the exorcist are scary? I was laughing my ass off throughout both of those movies. Those movies are hysterical! I've never been scared by any horror movie... although the syringe girl in "Infection" kinda freaks me out...

Yeah, I liked it a lot too. People are freaking out because it went with the same ghost idea. Well, the effects were pretty bad, but that's really the only thing I saw wrong with it.

Playing the movie backwards, almost memento-esk was really freakin' cool too.

You seem to have been a little bit confused too. It was a prologue not an epilogue. And the little girl was in her bedroom watching her mother kill her father. Where were you during that scene ?
