I have seen plenty of Hispanic people who look Anglo. He does look a little Hispanic. I have seen him in a picture without all that make up and he does look Hispanic.

There is no Hispanic or Latino "look". Just like there is no "American" look. And if you are speaking to most Latinos outside of the U.S. most will look at you funny, because they are "Americans" also. Central and South. I'm a Black Latino man (Panamanian) and you wouldn't know it,unless I told you or spoke spanish to you.

He looks white because he is white. Judge Marilyn Milian is another white Cuban. Most people in the U.S. are idiots when it comes to this, for example if you say you're Spanish they will say "but you don't look Mexican."

Hehe yeah well Latinos have different looks btw. If you're descent leans (carries a higher percentage in your blood) towards Europe--- Spain ancentry, you're more likely to be "pale", the darker skintones are more from the aboriginal/Indian/Aztec/Southern hempishere mix.

But history doesn't lie, people of different races have migrated from all parts and mixed which is why there's such a cool blend of tones out there.

My best friend is Mexican and she's pale as a mofo. Her parents are also pale. They are from the Northern part of Mexico, but her dad tans like a Indian (native american) in the summer. He also happens to have blue/green eyes that are as bright as day. compared to I guess the "typical" Mexican image that pops into mind when you hear "Mexican" the shorter build, brown skin tones types... which I also have friends. It's funny though, I call my bf Whitey all the time. Guess her side descends more from Spain back back when than the Aztec/Native side.
