I'm really curious - are all the trapeze maneuvers they perform on Kaleido Stage physically possible?

Probably not. It the reason why the japanese use anime. It's easier to portray some things that are nearly impossible or really impossible using real people. Like the final stunt Layla and Sora work so hard on doing is definitely impossible.
