School?

The majority of Kaleido Stage's performers are kids. Sora is what, 16? (Layla and Yuri are maybe 20-21, but they're just about the oldest performers there) And they all devote all their time to the stage, whether it's the actual performances (a morning show and an evening show, and possibly an afternoon show too!) or practicing. So when on earth do they go to school??

It makes no sense. Performing at Kaleido Stage probably brings in good money, but only as long as you're young and fit. I doubt there are many performers over 30 (in real life I mean) so once you're past that age you'll need an education. And these kids don't have anything later than, I dunno, Junior High?

Meh. Just my thoughts on the subject ^^;;

It's an anime don't think about it too much.

I never see it snowing in this series, it's always warm, so maybe most of the show takes place over summer vacations. Or maybe they take correspondence courses.

I don't think its mandatory to High School in Japan, so I think the writers had a brain fart for US laws, or just did it for the story's sake.

Yeah I wonder this too (actually, Layla is also in her teens). Why aren't they in high school? Yet Sora ranway from home like that!?

And the show takes place in the US; yet there are many things that don't fit in. Also, school is mandatory in Japan if you wonder.
