When is the DVD coming out for Perth? I did a check on HMV it was slated for a January 07 2006 release, but it's late April and nothing in sight.

The DVD is out already. You can find it at MusicJunction, Sembawang and other stores. It's around S$25 I think.

It's also out in the UK - I ordered mine from play.com. I've started to watch it and it's OK, not great.
