*When she falls in the water right next to the edge, yet they try to program the sharks to not notice her instead of pulling her out? Neat.
*How suddenly happy first kiss couple were in deep water like 50 feet from the shore.
*How a shark biting down on a NUCLEAR bomb can neutralize it.
*The bubbling red blood coming out of the water for like five minutes.

Anyone care to add to the list? I feel the whole movie is a good is a situation and/or could be a favourite quote, so nothing is a wrong answer.

*Scene where the lady throws a life preserver onto the general, also his dumb explanation of his becoming a terrorist
*The midget doing a combat roll out of the detainment room, and kicking the LEAD door closed
* Fisherman falling off of dock, being chased by sharks at one mile an hour
* Navy man's face when he's escorting out Nathan (right after "take him away" quote")
* Animation of sharks on computer screen
*Disco music that's playing after the lady shoots the guard in the groin with a tanquilizer dart

My favorite...the scientist mispronounces the latin name for great white shark, Carcharodon Carcharias (she pronounces the "ch" sound instead of a "k" sound). Nerdy, but Richard Dreyfuss pronounces it correctly in JAWS.

I love this movie though. It's amazingly terrible, and I'm sooo glad someone else saw those granny panties.

This movie was wonderfully horrible. Without being able to remember specific things, my favorite moments were the many moments of the worst acting I've seen in a movie, such as the guy at the gate when she is in her car escaping with the other scientist in the trunk.

Other than that, one of the funniest moments, I think, was the scene with the Golden Gate Bridge, where the scene looked like it came from a late 90's video game, rather than movie CGI.

Also, the general says "nucular" instead of "nuclear", when talking about the suitcase bombs.

When they are watching the live footages of the "sharks" and the little guy says "My God", it was the funniest thing I have ever seen.
And also when the shark jumps out of the water to get the little girl holding the fish and they just stand there, completely oblivious.
And the dad even tries to pretend it didn't happen. "Daddy there was just a shark!" ... "What are you talking about honey? No there wasnt."
It was so funny it was excruciating.
And the plastic fins move at about half a mile per hour and then on the underwater footage they are surging through the water ... their fins flapping madly. And onto the fins, in the above water shots; only one fin is visible, but on the underwater shots, the fin AND the tail fin are both evidently above water. Its *beep* great!
