Simple Question (Possible Spoliers)

Just a simple question about the Heartthrobs...

Have they wrestled before (not against William Regal and Tajiri a couple of weeks ago)... because I am pretty sure Ive seen their act before and no not the one that was a while ago (I think it had Gigolo Jimmy Del Ray).

So were they a failed gimmick thats being tried again?

I think they're quite hilarious.

I remember laughing at how they choose who wrestles first doing the whole Rock Paper Scissors thing.

Good start to Backlash so far... brilliant match between Y2J and Shelton and the Tag turmoil panned out better than I expected, I hope to see a long duel between these two extremely talented and athletic individuals... glad to see The Hurricane win the tag title with his *beep* Rosey... I always liked him since the brilliant Rock and Hurricane sketches in the locker room.

Edge and Chris Benoit Last Man Standing match just started... fans are still booing Edge for his role in getting Matt Hardy fired. This should be a classic.

Update: EDGE IS WEARING A THONG!! I probably shouldnt seem so excited.. I just find male thongs completely wrong. He's probably getting influenced by Lita.

Some random fan won't stop screaming "Why did you cheat on your wife?" loads of times to Edge. I hope this doesnt distract from the great battle so far; pick of the bunch so far is the suplex off the top rope onto a trash can by Edge on Benoit.

u48lh - I posted a similar question about these guys. The other tag team you are thinking of (mid-90's I think)? is The Heavenly Bodies, which was "Gigolo"
Jimmy Del Ray and "Doctor" Tom Pritchard. They have/had nothing to do with these "Heartthrobs" guys, it's two completely different teams. Kind of similar styles though, maybe that's what you meant. So I'm wondering who these new guys are too, they most likely were just brought up from Ohio Valley
Wrestling (OVW) which is where the WWE develops new talent until they can be brought to TV. One thing I checked was OVWrestling.com, they have pics of all their talent on the site, I checked most of them and didn't see these two guys
on there. I also emailed the webmaster and asked him but I'm still waiting for a reply. I'll let you know if I find out anything.
