as you all know she Revealed her boobs in this movie
and the movie was released in UK in 2 December 2005 and Tamsin Egerton was born 26 November 1988 so that means she was Only 16 When movie was in Filming status...
isn't that illegal? because she is not an adult (wasn't 18yrs)

and now she is 20 Years Old

I've heard that her parents were on set during those scenes and that made it legal. Also it might have something to do the the age of sexual consent being 16 in the UK

Egerton was topless, she was not engaging in sexual intercourse on set! She could quite legally have been shown topless aged 12 years - or 5 years. The age of consent is irrelevant.

i think it's not illegal in the UK, i think the legal age there is 16 instead of 18

In the USA an actress of any age can do a nude scene as long as it doesn't show the genitals or pubic area in "lewd" way.

In the UK the law says "indecent" images are illegal. I don't know how they determine what's considered indecent. I guess if it's in a mainstream movie and isn't part of a sex scene, it's not "indecent."

I'm surprised anyone would think a 20-second movie scene of a topless 17 year old from very far away would be illegal. Age of consent uncertainty aside. Even if she were 14, this couldn't be considered child pornography--she was standing there taking off her bra in her room, unaware that anyone was watching. It fit into the context of the movie.

It's true, TopGun, my wife is a lawyer and she dealt with somebody the other day who was jailed for rape just for watching a topless scene in a movie - Spartacus I think it was.

There are glasses you can get, like the 3D ones, that you can watch these scnes through to make it legal.
