Any news on the third season?

I've just finished watching this on Hallmark and I loved it, the second season even more than the first. Of course it was strange to see new actors, but they actually appealed to me more. I loved the dialogues, the characters, the Haussmannian background - it was all very Parisian. :)

The second season ended in a way that would allow and propel a third one, so I googled for news and found out scripts for season three are being written (also that the show was cancelled and that the network denied it being cancelled). But that was all 2009 news. Has anyone heard anything lately?
