About the film...

This film unlike many other documentaries which some people might try to criticize on how it was made has nothing to do with the film overall. This film is as beautiful as any other, not because of the camera but because on it's subject. William Eggelston is as influential as his name alone and this film specifically takes you inside his mind, his observations and his simple yet extraordinary way of seeing the ordinary (i.e. the world). I personally loved this film, and William Eggelston has surely influenced in the way I see things and he has now for many, many years.

I have to say that this movie, not film, was about the worst thing I have ever seen. I don't care who the subject is, celebrity or average joe, you have to be able to tell a story. This movie had absolutely no reason to be made.

I received my filmmaker magazine and saw that this was in the top 5 for docs. I nearly puked.

the director of this movie, though it lacks a story, is not a director whatsoever. Just because this person had access doesn't neccessitate a movie.

I have had more entertaining "movies" on stuff I have done with friends.

This movie is pure crap!
